Mr. Herbel has some 14 years experience in marketing and sales within the agricultural business community.

After completing a BS in Animal Science in 1995, Mr. Herbel founded his own livestock advertising company and received national awards for his work in this area.

In 1999, Mr. Herbel joined Moormans Feed as a Livestock Feed Sales Representative, where he increased the sales volume in his territory by 50% and ranked within the top 100 sales reps in the nation for two years running.

Prior to working with Eriginate, Mr. Herbel managed a complete marketing program for Midway Golden Feeds and increased their sales volume by 20%.
