Mr. Baarsch has over 25 years of experience working with Computer Systems, Software and Business Solutions for individuals, small businesses, US and International Corporations.
In 1982, Baarsch founded an Omaha based Computer Systems and Software company in Omaha serving over 100 small businesses with accounting and manufacturing solutions.
In 1992, Baarsch, hired by Norwest Mortgage (Now Wells Fargo), led the development and implementation of the first fully centralized Title Company in the nation automating 90 Title offices in 22 states for ATI Title Company operating from a central data center located in Des Moines. Baarsch also assisted in the development of the system supporting Value-IT; the first Appraisal Company to capture and deliver the entire home appraisal, including pictures, electronically nationwide using first generation digital cameras.
In 1997, Baarsch, was recruited by the second largest Title Company in Chicago to develop new software and upgrade its aging system. As CIO, Baarsch upgraded and managed the Telephony and Computer systems serving the 25 offices in the Chicago area utilizing Thin Client and Voice over IP technologies.
In 2000, Baarsch went on to work with Kanbay, Inc., an international mid-tier development services company in which he managed all their international in-house accounting and management software supporting 900 Consultants worldwide with a majority located in India.
Mr. Baarsch provides extensive experience in implementing innovative business solutions with multi-million dollar budgets. He is a strategic thinker with an established record of incorporating new business concepts and seamless integration with emerging technologies.
